Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery (CRAR)

Upon instruction from either Landlord/Managing Agent or Solicitor to recover your Rent Arrears Recovery (CRAR), GES will send out a Notice of Enforcement by post to the business address of the Tenant giving them 7 working days to pay in full the amount owed, failing this we will then instruct one of our Enforcement Agents to visit the business address and seize any assets owned by the Tenant, before any removal of goods takes place the Tenant will be given the opportunity to pay in full.
